Dr. L.
by Lawrence Clayman

This is not a very emotional story, but it means a lot to me. I run a wellness clinic in Seattle, Wa. My professional training is in Chiropractic. Every month I go to 2 homeless shelters, one is for men and the other is for battered women and children. I went yesterday and gave chiropractic care to as many people as I could in the 4 hours I was there. Then I went to my day job at my clinic. Needless to say it was a very LONG day. The people at the shelters are all so grateful for the care that they recieved. I always tell them I get just as much from them as they get from me. 26 years ago my life was forever changed by a chiropractor restoring my health to me. I have dedicated my life to return the favor to as many people as possible. I hear all the time of doctors going all over the world donating their sevice, that is great. But, why dont we start in our own backyard? Our health care system is in chaos today, if each health care provider would take it upon themselves, we could change the world one person at a time. That is what I am doing, changing the would one spine at a time.

Keep on Keepin' on
